My program has been successful for hundreds of women with confidence and finding peace with nutrition, along with reaching body fat goals and finding a love for eating, plus the education on how to apply this through all situations - travel and events.

As an avid Recipe Creator, Nutritionist and Weight Loss Specialist, I have spent a great deal of time ensuring that when aligning with Cindafit, your journey is simple and easy to follow, allowing you the freedom to follow our programs without the stress of the finer details.


For that reason, every recipe we have created can be found and tracked in the MyFitnessPal application allowing you to easily track your daily intake and access all the relevant information about nutritional breakdowns, including macronutrients and micronutrients. This tool will help you stay on track while enjoying delicious CindaFit recipes.

Each CindaFit recipe is equipped with a unique barcode, so all you need to do is scan the barcode, log it, and you're all set to go! Simple, right?
