CindaFit Nutrition integrates foundational knowledge of human nutrition, and detailed knowledge of diets and eating patterns and applies this through Nutrition Programs.  CindaFit specialises in female weight loss, nutrition macro tracking and recipe development to promote an ongoing nutritional lifestyle.
 
Besides achieving your health & wellness goals, our mission is to improve your relationship with food and equip you with the tools to make lasting change—for both your physical and mental well-being.

Since 2015, CindaFit has serviced hundreds of clients—all of whom have achieved their body and fat loss goals, a balanced food relationship and created healthy daily habits.

We offer various services, including our 6 and 12 Week Signature Programs and 20-Week 1:1 Transformation Program, each customised to suit your personal goals, needs and preferences.

 

Our programs are designed to assist with fat loss, improve your nutritional intake, increase your knowledge and provide weekly targets and goals tailored to you. All while eating the most delicious recipes and food you will love. 

In addition, you'll have exclusive coaching sessions, access to new weekly delicious recipes and will be part of a members-only CindaFit community.

As an avid recipe creator, Health Practitioner, Sports Nutritionist and Nutrition Specialist, I’ve spent a great deal of time ensuring that when you partner with CindaFit, your journey is one of ease and simplicity! CindaFit programs are a journey and will take away the stress of dietary plans, restrictions or fear around food  —and allow you the freedom to have fun and enjoy the process of change. 

 

It's for that reason that every recipe created can be found, and nutritionally tracked in the MyFitnessPal application. Through the app, you can monitor your daily intake easily, access the nutritional breakdowns—including macronutrients and micronutrients—and enjoy delicious CindaFit meals without the guilt. ​Each CindaFit recipe has a unique barcode—you simply scan it, log your meal, and you’re all set to go! ​

 

Sounds easy, right? You also have added accountability as Lucinda Porcelli will revise your food choices and diary weekly during your check-in; it’s just another perk of joining the CindaFit Nutrition community!
