I started the program to drop some weight for my 30th. After having two kids, a hectic schedule AND coming from someone who LOVES food, I never dreamt this was possible! 

Lucky for me, it wasn't a dream! I ate MORE on this program than I ever had before, and all the while, I was losing weight. 

Not once did I feel like I was starving or missing out. Lucinda showed me that you don’t need to restrict food, you just need to understand and balance it out.

I loved the freedom to plan my own meals. I always thought I needed a specific meal plan, but the flexibility to plan your day is what makes it so successful because you’re always eating what you want to eat!
