The difference I’ve found since starting up with Cindafit is that this is a lifestyle change, not just a diet. 

The program has taught me that I don’t need to restrict myself from any of the foods I love, or eat a 1200-calorie plan to lose weight. I’m fuelling my body with a massive amount of nutritious, wholesome foods whilst still enjoying soul foods on the daily—I mean, who doesn’t love to have their cake and eat it too!  

From Chow Mien to Pad Thai, Beef Burgers to BBQ Chicken Pizza—every single recipe I’ve received has been amazing and delicious!’
