• Macro Tracking Meal Plan

    Note: this option is only recommended if you have previous self-tracking or flexible dieting experience.

    • Fully customised nutrition plan

      • You will be provided with a Personalised meal plan including calculations of your BMR (Basal metabolic rate) and Total Energy Expenditure (TDEE).
      • These numbers will give us your baseline calories your body needs to consume to lose weight and cindafit will divide them accordingly into the 3 key macro-nutrients for your body and goals.
      • This information will be the basis of your plan creation and we will include all your breakdowns so you will be able to hit your daily macros.
      • Your plan will include breakfast, lunch, snacks, post gym and dinner and comprise of foods that have similar nutrients and can be swapped! You will be given options, all listed in gram amounts, so they are easy for you to follow.
      • Cindafit will educate you to make macro swaps and how to have balance in your choices.

      NOTE: Weekly consultations / check ins & macro nutrients tweaks are HIGHLY recommended for your success (This accountability is included in the 6-week & 12-week programs not this one-off plan)

      Therefore this is only recommended if you have previous self-tracking or flexible dieting experience and have used macro nutrients before. This experience involves tweaking calories using formulas yourself for weight loss and your maintenance phase.

    How do we start?


    Let’s firstly have a look at what you are currently doing; eating and exercising - Once you purchase this program you will automatically be emailed a survey. This will enable me to get to know you and your goals I will be able to then set you a plan how we will achieve them.


    It also helps if you include current photos of yourself, I know this is overwhelming, but it is a great way for me to have a good look at your body type (note: gym wear is perfectly fine for these!) If you are not comfortable sending them through initially, I suggest you store them on your phone so we can compare your progress later! 


    Once your survey and nutritional consultation (foods you enjoy that you want to see in your initial plan) are complete I will then begin to write your plan based on the information we have collected!
