I am a firm believer in realistic and achievable goals. Know your potential and always dream big.
The biggest step is for you to believe you can achieve it and know what needs to be done to do your best.
No matter who you are or what your circumstances, you can always achieve your goals. I’m not promising it will be easy, but I guarantee it will be worth it. We will all encounter obstacles over time; the secret is to change our direction to reach that goal, not the decision to get there.

Yes, it would sometimes be easier to give up, but try focusing on the small things rather than the bigger picture and day by day you will get closer to your goals! Remember, it is not a race and dreams will not to be achieved overnight.
Each meal is an opportunity to nourish your body. Nutrition is not low fat, it’s not low calorie or about being hungry all the time. It is about providing your body with real, whole foods so that you are energised to live life to the full.
Your body makes new cells from the foods you eat. As the saying goes, you really are what you eat! You must ask yourself, what do you want your body to be made of?
So, say NO TO DIETS and STARVATION!
Diets are so very deceiving. They promise the world, yet, give very little, except disappointment.
Too many people are creating restrictions on what they eat. We need to go back to the basics, eating a wholesome diet with more colour, variety and nutrients including the five food groups!
This can be half your struggle to success in weight loss and developing new habits and a better lifestyle.
