If you want something in life, YOU are the only one who can make it happen! Today, too many people are creating restrictions on what they eat or don’t eat!


Goal Setting

Setting goals will allow you to create new behaviours, help guide your focus, and sustain momentum in life. Goals align your focus and promote a sense of self-mastery. The most significant step to setting goals is believing you can achieve them. To do this, you need a connection to your goal:

- What is the reason for your goal?

- What will achieving it mean to you?

- How will you feel when you reach your goal?


Setting goals will motivate you daily and provide direction. I find it beneficial to write my goals down on paper—this creates a vision and a clear picture for the future.

“I find it essential to start each day with a plan. Rather than just letting ‘stuff happen.’

I make a conscious effort to visualise my goal, picture the difference it will make in my life and understand what steps I need to take to achieve it.

 Remember, it is not a race, and dreams will not be achieved overnight. The harder you work for something, the greater you’ll feel when you accomplish it!

Every meal is an opportunity to nourish your body! Nutrition is not low fat; it’s not low calorie or about starvation and deprivation. It’s about supplying your body with food that provides nutrients.


Nutrients are required by your body to provide energy, promote growth and maintain healthy bodily functions—enabling you to live life to the fullest!


As the saying goes— ‘you are what you eat’.  Today, too many people are creating restrictions on what they eat or don’t eat!

By ensuring you are choosing a diet that is realistic and sustainable, it will naturally promote adherence and long-term success.

My question to you, is your new diet sustainable?

I will take you back to the basics of nutrition. I will educate you on how to eat a wholesome diet with more colour, variety, and nutrients and introduce you to some fun foods along the way!
