If you want something in life, YOU are the only one who can make it happen! Today, too many people are creating restrictions on what they eat or don’t eat!
Setting goals will allow you to create new behaviours, help guide your focus, and sustain momentum in life. Goals align your focus and promote a sense of self-mastery. The most significant step to setting goals is believing you can achieve them. To do this, you need a connection to your goal:
- What is the reason for your goal?
- What will achieving it mean to you?
- How will you feel when you reach your goal?
Setting goals will motivate you daily and provide direction. I find it beneficial to write my goals down on paper—this creates a vision and a clear picture for the future.
“I find it essential to start each day with a plan. Rather than just letting ‘stuff happen.’
I make a conscious effort to visualise my goal, picture the difference it will make in my life and understand what steps I need to take to achieve it.
Remember, it is not a race, and dreams will not be achieved overnight. The harder you work for something, the greater you’ll feel when you accomplish it!
Every meal is an opportunity to nourish your body! Nutrition is not low fat; it’s not low calorie or about starvation and deprivation. It’s about supplying your body with food that provides nutrients.
Nutrients are required by your body to provide energy, promote growth and maintain healthy bodily functions—enabling you to live life to the fullest!
As the saying goes— ‘you are what you eat’. Today, too many people are creating restrictions on what they eat or don’t eat!
By ensuring you are choosing a diet that is realistic and sustainable, it will naturally promote adherence and long-term success.
My question to you, is your new diet sustainable?
I will take you back to the basics of nutrition. I will educate you on how to eat a wholesome diet with more colour, variety, and nutrients and introduce you to some fun foods along the way!
This can be half your struggle to succeed in weight loss for developing new habits to a better lifestyle.
I love working with you to design a stronger mindset and relationship with food.
“To be successful at changing a negative pattern to a positive one, you need to realise that it takes preparation, time, and consistency”.
How do you create a life-long habit?
Your behaviours need to become automatic. Rather than dwelling on your past or what ‘could have been.’
Challenges are part of every journey. My team and I are here every step of the way to help guide you through these and find solutions to overcome them.
I believe that your thoughts create your world, and the ‘words’ in your head define who you are and your behaviour. These thoughts have the potential to modify your whole life.
They also have the potential to negatively self-sabotage. Let us assist you in developing accountability systems, an alignment in my community and provide you purpose by creating a solid attachment for your goal.
Positive thoughts equal positive action or behaviour, and this is what equates to long term success.
